Jodi Tate Named Chief Operating Officer of Coldwell Banker Triad, Realtors

(Winston-Salem, NC – July 1, 2011)Coldwell Banker Triad, Realtors announced today that Jodi Tate, currently general manager over all the branch offices, was named chief operating officer of Coldwell Banker Triad, Realtors. As in the past, Tate will report directly to Beverly Godfrey, president and chief executive officer of Coldwell Banker Triad, Realtors.

Jodi Tate
Tate will continue to ensure the day-to-day company operations run smoothly as well as maintain support and collaboration with Godfrey in her vision and goals for the company. At the corporate office, Tate oversees training, education, recruiting and has been a liaison to relocation and marketing. In the branches, she holds the managers and agent service coordinators accountable for accomplishing the company goals and also spends a great deal of time coaching the agents, one-on-one.

“Naming Jodi as the chief operating officer at Coldwell Banker Triad, Realtors is more about recognizing the role that she fills at the company than a change in responsibilities.  Over the past 22 years together, I have watched Jodi continue to challenge herself by welcoming new learning opportunities and actively seeking out new or increased responsibilities.  She is an excellent leader, motivator and educator and is integral to the day-to-day operation of the company,” said Godfrey.

Tate began selling real estate 22 years ago, after being a paralegal at a local law firm. She placed her license at Hubbard Realty where Godfrey was her manager, and Lewis Hubbard, Godfrey’s father, was the president and chief executive officer.

Tate earned ‘Rookie of the Year’ her first year in sales. Within five years she was the company’s second highest producer in closed business, and shortly after shifted into management. Later, Coldwell Banker Triad, Realtors was created as the result of the merger of Hubbard Realty Sales Division, Coldwell Banker Lambe Young, and Coldwell Banker Joyner, Price and Britt. Tate managed several of the offices at different times and simultaneously began training at the national level as well as overseeing career development. Later her role evolved into general management, where she began to oversee daily operations at all of the offices.

Tate has educated real estate professionals at yearly international business conferences Coldwell Banker Real Estate hosts, now called ‘Gen Blue,’ where Tate served as a panelist and taught several designation classes.  She has been featured in Coldwell Banker Real Estate’s ‘eZine,’ discussing recruiting through social media. Tate also assists Coldwell Banker’s Western Region in new company roll-ins.

Coldwell Banker Triad, Realtors is a Chairman’s Service award recipient, one of only 48 offices worldwide to be awarded in 2010.

Stay tuned for the interview with Jodi Tate.

To receive the federal rebate, your solar water heating installation must
be approved by SRCC (Solar Rating and Certification Corporation) or an equivalent
level government agency. The negatively charged electrons are knocked loose and flow through the cell materials and
produce the electricity. Solar energy facts usually are conveniently available on the internet.
