How important is it to our agents to be mobile? Survey says...

...Mobile capacities are very important to our agents AND consumers! And Communication is KEY!


Cindy Johnson from our Winston-Salem office, believes being a mobile agent is absolutely critical as the most important thing is communication. Cindy says sometimes an answer can't wait until you get back to the office but with the new tablets, like iPads or her Galaxy, there are many ways to communicate. Marketing on places like Facebook and Twitter are critical because they are constant and ongoing.



Ashley Lay, also from our Winston-Salem office, indicates most home buyers begin their search on the internet where they can gain access...really anywhere. Whether she's texting, emailing, calling on her Android or using her tablet - she's available. Within 25 minutes, Ashley tells us she filled out an offer on Zipforms, an online source for her NC real estate forms. She then sent it through DocuSign for legally-binding signatures where her clients signed immediately.




Sandra Fincher from our Greensboro office says agents need to be reached by phone, text, and email when it's convenient for the consumer. Mobile communication is really key.

The message from these top producing agents is Realtors are embracing our ever-changing marketplace and consumer. But what is most important is the consumer is actually being communicated with - whether it is a phone call, text, on Facebook or Twitter - or even a good old-fashioned visit.
