This resource guide, compiled by a team at The Home Depot, is designed to assist first-time homebuyers through the process of evaluating a home’s condition and understanding some of the most common repairs and renovations a house may require. Why you should come to the Parade of Homes in Winston-Salem, NC

Josh Greer,
Coldwell Banker Triad, Realtors

The Home Builders Association Parade of Homes is not only about marketing a new home or finding a buyer.  It's also about the builder's opportunity to share their product, show the latest trends and styles and meet the public face-to-face.

The public is invited to come out to each home and explore what's new. Over the years I have met the faithful visitor who comes to each Parade, the couple in search of ideas for redoing their kitchen or bathrooms, the family enjoying an afternoon outing, the curious neighbor, the prospect just thinking about building a new home and those who are really looking for their new home.

The parade is for everyone and every member of the home builder community looks forward to each year - we really enjoy meeting so many people.

Looking forward to seeing you there!

Josh Greer, Coldwell Banker Triad, Realtors
Home Builders Association of Winston-Salem Parade of Homes, Chair

Congratulations to the award winners!
